Frost & Sullivan’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Practice has a powerhouse team of Consultants working across the Digital Health, Medical Devices, Imaging, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Diagnostics, and Life Science Research Tools industries. Our team generates value for Healthcare & Life Sciences companies through a variety of project methodologies that provide strategic insights and recommendations in areas ranging from Opportunity Prioritization and Evaluation, Go-to-market Strategies, Product Concept Testing and Positioning, Competitive Insights, Physician + Patient Journey Mapping, and Brand Communication & Strategy, among others. Frost & Sullivan can provide strategic options, insights and opportunities for existing and new entrants to tap into areas of unmet needs and drive product and technology innovation in the value chain. In addition, we help our clients in both qualitative and quantitative Voice of Customer to improve customer engagement, marketing strategy (support launch plans, communication materials), enhance product development, differentiate their value proposition, and build brand loyalty.

About the Role

This role includes a mix of business development, project management, and project fulfillment. The candidate will be responsible for leading several client projects at a time, including taking the lead responsibility on complex projects over time (involving multiple stakeholders and resources), but also lead and fulfill solo or in pairs on smaller projects as needed. Must take ownership of quality of work and deliverables in projects. Must be seen by client as a subject matter expert and business advisor. Must take ownership of selected industry accounts and carry a target for deal closures, working with the account executive managing overall results with those accounts. The candidate will play a role in project / methodology design, proposal development, deal closure, project management, and project fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in related Healthcare and Life Sciences field(s), ideally Medical Devices / Medical Technologies
  • Develop as lead subject matter expert in Medical Devices / Medical Technologies
  • Leading secondary research and primary research with end-users and industry thought leaders
  • Developing client deliverables in PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Deliver on consulting and services engagements achieving high levels of client satisfaction and value, resulting in repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to develop effective "issue based" account strategies related to target accounts in the Practice Area
  • Retain and grow clients, keeping clients in each step of the growth pipeline cycle
  • Build and maintain Frost's knowledge base with content to facilitate business development, fulfillment and employee development activities within the Practice Area
  • Create and execute on the consulting and services strategy for the Practice Area
  • Develop and drive consulting best practices across the Practice Area end to end (lead management and post-project client follow-up)
  • Execute best practices in the Practice Area for business development
  • Collaborate with sales developing and implementing local Americas account strategies and growing account revenues
  • Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are met
  • Develop excellent quality content
  • Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience
  • Take on the responsibility to mentor and coach junior consultants
